Pheidole sp(15) is slightly atypical in that propodeal spines of the workers are very prominent. The major worker at over 6 millimeters is also slightly larger than the average Pheidole species with majors measuring around 5 millimeters. This is however not the largest Pheidole species of this location.
Personally I have come across two larger species, one is Pheidole longipes with major workers measuring slightly over 8 millimeters. Another species still has an even larger major worker but I have not been able to go to the location where they are found to collect them.
