Dicuspiditermes sp

Dicuspiditermes sp(02) is not as commonly found as Dicuspiditermes nemorosus. Frankly this species looks more similar to Procapritermes than it does to the Dicuspiditermes genus. But the the more 'deformed' left mandible (resembles those of the Dicuspiditermes genus) rule this out as belonging to the Procapritermes genus.

I would place this as a transition genus from Procapritermes to Dicuspiditermes. But then what do I know?
