Camponotus sp10 is a mid size species and has a good resemblance to Camponotus festinus but with a few notable differences. The minor workers at over 10 millimeters are slightly larger than those of Camponotus festinus. Major workers are over 15 millimeters (TL standing measurement). This dimorphic species has the same characteristic large head in the majors similar to those of Camponotus gigas and many subterranean species of the Camponotus genus.
